Jim is a parent and builder who has led teams across technology, product, and marketing. After seeing the gaps in learning tools for families, he set out to create something better, practical, personal, and focused on growth at home.
Matt Locke
Co-Founder and CTO
Matt is a seasoned engineer and sharp business thinker who bridges technical execution with big picture strategy. He leads development at Kaizly and partners closely with Jim on product, planning, and growth.
